Lucy Pappas is an academic editor at the Stanford Center on China’s Economy and Institutions (SCCEI). Lucy graduated from Middlebury College in 2020 with a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature. Her interest in studying China’s past, present, and future through literature has transformed into passions for finding a deeper understanding of China’s global positioning across disciplines, and improving public knowledge about China. Lucy brings her experiences from studying in Hangzhou and Vermont to SCCEI where she will be working on early childhood development research, along with health, education, and public policy projects.
