Biography

Andrew Rule is a project manager at the Rural Education Action Program (REAP) at Stanford Center on China’s Economy and Institutions (SCCEI). He joined SCCEI in the summer of 2022 after graduating from Williams College with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and Chinese. His time studying Chinese language and literature in Beijing, Hangzhou, and Taipei has left him with a deep interest in cross-cultural collaboration, translation, and knowledge production. Andrew works on a wide variety of subjects at SCCEI, including environment, education, health, and early childhood development research.
