Biography
Xiaoyun Wei is a visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in 2023 and is now working as a Postoctoral Fellow at the China Academy for Rural Development and the School of Public Affairs, Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on development and agricultural economics. Her recent work studies migration and rural land transfer, agricultural mechanization through service purchases, and the evaluation of poverty alleviation policies in China.
