Her academic and professional endeavors are grounded in a profound interest and passion for policy-oriented research. In 2020, Wei received her PhD in finance from Tsinghua University. From 2020-2023, she worked as a postdoctoral scholar at the Becker Friedman Institute, University of Chicago.
