Biography
Danyue Liang is a Visiting Student Researcher at the Stanford Center on China's Economy and Institutions (2026). She is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at UNSW Sydney. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics from Nanyang Technological University and a B.A. in Finance from Sun Yat-sen University. Her research interests lie in the field of applied microeconomics, with a focus on education policy, gender gaps, and the economic effects of international students.
