The Stanford Center on China’s Economy and Institutions (SCCEI) partners with the Center for China Analysis (CCA) at the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) to produce and disseminate data-driven research and policy insights on China’s economy and institutions.

ASPI tackles major policy challenges confronting the Asia-Pacific in security, prosperity, sustainability, and the development of common norms and values for the region. As part of ASPI, the CCA serves as a global hub for empirical, policy-relevant, objective analysis of China’s politics, economy, and society, and its impact in the region and on the world in an era of rising strategic competition.

The partnership aims to marry data-driven findings of top social scientists with the insights of policy experts. As such, SCCEI and CCA regularly convene leading academics, thought leaders, and practitioners from around the world to contribute to important public policy discussions about China.
