Huan Zhou, PhD, is the Chair of the Department of Health and Social Behavior and a Professor at the West China School of Public Health at Sichuan University. Dr. Zhou’s research focuses on health policy and systems sciences, including rural health systems and program evaluations, as well as epidemiology and health-related behavior. She has extensive experience is designing and evaluating rural healthcare system interventions, especially in relation to early childhood health and development in rural China. Prior to joining Sichuan University, Dr. Zhou was a lecturer of epidemiology and biostatistics at Xiangya School of Public Health and Central South University. She holds a PhD and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Tokyo.
