Hao Xue is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar for the Rural Education Action Program. He focuses on health policy, primary care quality, and human capital in China. As a health economist, Hao managed and participated in research projects in early childhood health and development, school-based intervention programs, and the measurement of primary care quality in China. Most recently, Hao's research focuses on digital health, as well as designing and evaluating innovative approaches to improve health services in China. Hao received his Ph.D. and BA degree in Economics from Northwest University.
